Great productQuickest delivery I have ever received. Good quality product. Hand grips are very comfortable. Nice that each band has own hand grips (several other sets only include 2 hand grip sets), this is important if you are using them for a program such as P90x because you need to be able to switch bands quickly.

They sell it as "1 of Set of 5 NEW Premium Latex Resistance Bands Tubes Cords w/ free Door Anchor and Exercise Manual." The premium is extreamly debatable, no door anchor came, and the Manual is barely a page.
Works for me
I call these "Have gym will travel." I brought the one I currently use w/me on a weekend get away to ensure I keep up. I am using one band for upper arm strength but can see down the road adding another band for more resistance. I agree the handles are bulky so holding two at the same time will be a challenge.
