Megablock is no Lego
The title says it all. Megablock quality is not up to par with Lego. This is an excellent product though for the ones that like Halo. The problem with this product is some of the part would not stay on. It is more a for display only product after you build it but kids like to play with the toys they have. I ended up super gluing some of the parts to make them don't fall apart easily.

It's Pretty Good
If you're planning to buy this product, make sure you have a TON of super-glue........yes, it took FOREVER to build it, but when it was finished(2 hours later)it is very fun to play with.

Absolutely disappointing!
I bought this toy as a Christmas gift for my 10 year old grandson. He was so excited to get it until he started playing with it. He loves "Legos" and has spent a lot of time constructing them. It was very disappointing to find that the "Mega bloks" where warped and wouldn't fit together. It's like when you go to a lumber yard and you throw out the warped 2x4's because you can't construct anything with bad wood. It is unbelievable that they can even be in business with this cheap imitation of Lego. They may do ok with the large bloks but when you get into the small pieces that the older kids like.....forget it! We will never buy another Mega blok and only wish Lego made Halo products. Don't waste your money.

Halo should have been marketed by Lego. There isn't a Lego set that my 9 year old son can't put together. He has sets from almost every series that Lego puts out.

My son is also a Halo fan and we've purchased every Halo Mega Blocks set. Each one sucks. The pieces don't fit well and they all fall apart at the slightest touch. Some of the pieces won't even snap together. The only good thing I can say is that the models look good when they are completed (if possible) but they don't stay intact.

8 yr. old Grandson loved it.
Put together within an hour, it sits with his arsenal as one of his proudest. It's wonderful to have building sets and get the kids away from electronics for awhile, to challenge their brain and spark imaginations.
