Works well under OS X 10.6.4. with a few minor setbacks.I ordered this for occasional NES/SNES emulation, and was more than satisfied. The product worked fresh out of the box with the Macintosh ports of Nestopia 1.4.1 and ZSNES 1.51, as well as the Nintendo 64 emulator Sixtyforce 0.9.5b1. However, other emulators such as KEGA Fusion (Genesis/GameGear), PCSX (Playstation), and VBA-M (Gameboy Advance) wouldn't recognize the D-Pad or sometimes even the analog sticks in-game. In the latter cases, buttons were recognized during the setup processes, but they simply wouldn't register when pressed. This indicates a problem with the controller plugins of the emulators themselves, not with the product. I got around this issue with the help of a prefpane called USB Overdrive, which lets you map the buttons of your controller to keyboard keys. While the issue itself is a simple enough fix, USB Overdrive isn't exactly free, but if you don't mind a nagscreen that's not too much of an issue.
While the product itself works exactly as advertised, shoddy gamepad support by some outdated emulators and no (legally) free fix I've found might keep some buyers from enjoying hassle free plug and play use.
Fast delivery and it works!
I was a little skeptical after reading the reviews as to if this would work on my 64-bit operating system. But after waiting only 3 days the product arrived and it works great! I tested it with PS1 and PS2 controllers and they work. My OS is Windows XP Pro 64-bit and it works with all my emulators (I've yet to test it with regular PC games but I got it mostly of emu's anyway! Tested and works with Project64, VisualBoyAdvance,Fceux, Snes9x, Fusion, and Dolphin...so I'm sure it will work for any other emulators. Thanks to the seller for a quality product, and fast!

I needed a way to break free from playstation (2) regulated DDR play, from consoles, and this did the trick. It was new condition, worked perfectly. And as an added bonus, I can use my PS2 controller on other games that accept this sort of hardware.

Great, But Not For Wireless Controllers
I had Logitech Wireless PS2 controller I was going to use but it wouldn't sync, even tested it on the PS2 to make sure it wasn't busted. Plugged in a regular controller and it worked fine. Went to Gamestop and traded it for 2 extension cords. That's pretty much it. Maps keys just fine in Nestopia, ZNES, and even Stella.

While the concept is nice, it would have helped me to know that this device does not work on my 64 bit Window's system. I now have a blue paperweight.
