USELESS FOR CD PIONEER PLAYERS
Purchaed this supposed DVD/CD cleaner to clean my Sony and JVC DVD Player/Recorders. Saw NO improvement on DVD's and would NOT even load on either of my Pioneer 6-Disc Mag Players. Useless product and big waste of money. I had used Memorex's OptiDisc DC/DVD cleaner previously, but wasn't completely satisfied with cleaning, so was hoping this cleaner would be better based on reviews. But it was not. Do NOT Buy.

Worked perfectly!
After searching for ways to fix a burn error I continually got on my MacBook Pro, I stumbled across this product. I was wary of inserting it into a slot drive, but had nothing to lose. Within 5 minutes I was done with the cleaning process and burning discs again with absolutely no problems.

Worst Product Ever - Caused my Acura's DVD Player to Mal-function
This product not only did not clean my Acura's DVD player which was kipping only slightly, it has permanently caused it to mal- function and it is not reading any DVDs of CDs at all. It sure cleaned me out !!!! Don't risk your expensive player with this unreliable product.

Good product but when you insert the disc it gives you a lot of superfluous information. Most folks, like me would be happy just putting the disc in the player, perhaps listening to some technical information or music while it is cleaning and then when the disc is finished it just says so. It should just let me select the other features that are offered on the product instead of automatically prompting me to use them as if I must do those things every time I clean the player.
